Wednesday, March 26, 2014

7:00 AM Optional Check-in (until 7:30am) – We will be available in the Band Room for early check in.  
                We will keep luggage in the room and we will also take medication offsite during this time frame.

2:45 PM Final Check-in – Anyone who did not pre-check in should check their luggage and medication at this time.

3:00 PM: Motorcoach arrives at Eaton Rapids High School.

4:00 PM: Depart from Eaton Rapids High School for Orlando, FL. 
(20 hours have been allotted for the drive; plus 4 hours for meals on your own en route)

  Est. 4:00 PM: Arrive in Florida; at the hotel;

5:30 PM: Depart for Downtown Disney

6:00 PM: Arrive at Downtown Disney – A marvelous fun and must-see alternative to the Theme Parks filled with shops and restaurants.

7:00 PM: Meet for DINNER at PLANET HOLLYWOOD
(1506 East Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830)

9:00 PM: Depart for the hotel

10:00 PM: Quite time – Band Members are in their rooms.

11:00 PM:  Lights Out!

6:00 AM: Raise and Shine!!

7:00 AM: FULL AMERICAN BREAKFAST at the hotel

Breakfast ends at 8am 
8:30 AM: Depart for a Disney Park - Magic Kingdom.

Lunch on your own

2:00 PM:    Physical Check in with Chaperone

DISNEY DINING CARD PROVIDED ($15.00) for dinner

9:00 PM: Depart for the hotel 

10:00 PM: Quite time – Band Members are in their rooms.

11:30 PM:  Lights Out!

7:00 AM:  Raise and Shine!!

8:00 AM: FULL AMERICAN BREAKFAST at the hotel 

Breakfast ends at 8am

9:00 AM: Depart for EPCOT - (Please arrive fully dressed for the performance)

9:30 AM: Meet your Disney Performing Arts OnStage Guest Talent Coordinator at a location to be announced. 

10:30 AM: MARCHING PERFORMANCE at EPCOT in the Future World March.

After performance, store your instruments and enjoy EPCOT

Lunch on your own

4:00 PM:    Physical Check in with Chaperone

DISNEY DINING CARD PROVIDED ($15.00) for dinner

9:00 PM: Depart for the hotel 

10:00 PM: Quite time – Band Members are in their rooms.

3:00 PM: Depart onboard Disney Transportation for DISNEY’S HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS 

DISNEY DINING CARD PROVIDED ($15.00) for dinner

8:15 PM: Depart for your workshop 

8:45 PM: Meet your Disney Performing Arts OnStage Guest Talent Coordinator
(BAND DIRECTOR AND BAND MEMBERS ONLY)

9:15 PM: “YOU'RE INSTRUMENTAL” CONFIRMED in the “Disney Event Group” Production Facility located in a Walt Disney Service area–
(BAND DIRECTOR AND BAND MEMBERS ONLY)

After workshop, store your instruments and prepare to depart for Eaton Rapids.
